Current order status (COVID-19)
At the V8 Sleuth Bookshop, we are still taking and dispatching orders to Australia.
Our delivery partners are currently experiencing higher than usual levels of orders. In particular, due to the reduction in domestic flights, parcel delivery times have ballooned out significantly in the past month.
Because of this, there may be a delay in deliveries. Our team are working as quickly as they can to get your goodies to you.
We're so sorry if this causes any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
When you ordered you will have received a email, which has a link to your order status, including tracking.
Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries are Australia Post Parcel, unless otherwise stated.
In stock products will be shipped within 2 business days.
Pre-Order products are shipped as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.
$3 Melbourne Delivery (certain Melbourne suburbs only)
We offer flat rate $3 shipping on some items to the following Melbourne Postcodes: 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 3008, 3031, 3032, 3039, 3040, 3041, 3044, 3051, 3052, 3055, 3182, 3183, 3184, 3185, 3186, 3187, 3188, 3189, 3190, 3191, 3192, 3204, 3205, 3206, 3207.
$3 Melbourne shipping is not available on Prints and Posters.
For local delivery you have to provide a real, physical address (not a PO Box or Parcel Locker). If you are not home we will leave the order at or near your door. Deliveries happen between 5:30 and 7pm on weeknights, so don't put your work address if it's not open at this time!
New Zealand Delivery (COVID-19)

As of Friday, 5 June - we have resumed automated orders to New Zealand for Prints and Posters only. We are slowly gaining confidence as Australia Post have cleared around half of their Melbourne Airport backlog of Kiwi orders. When all orders are clear, we'll resume fulfillment of all products, but note delivery times are now significantly longer (up to 5 weeks).
We still have a number of outstanding orders, and we're chasing them up with Australia post in the next week.

Delivery is available to most locations worldwide. As of Friday, 15 May, we are not fulfilling automatically to overseas locations during COVID-19, please email us at email@example.com, and we will process your order manually.
We are generally following Australia Post guidelines with respect to where we can deliver packages to.
Note, in some cases this may mean your order is shipped via Sea Freight, which will take longer.
Where limited edition numbered items are sold, no reservations for particular numbers will be taken unless otherwise stated.
